so i'm at work and my phone goes off because i have a new text. i keep reading new moon for awhile completely forgetting i have one. i remember and get up to check it. it says "hey" and all at once i feel like i'm going to throw up and a wave of mixed emotions fills my head. why, you ask, would a simple text saying "hey" make me feel so awful? because it was from him. and everyone knows exactly who i'm talking about. the only person who can tear me to shreds and then act like nothing ever happened.
in the end i told him be it friendly texting or not, i am not his friend and i will not play those games.
